Hello Treasure Hunters! This week in The Corner Shoppe we are offering great high quality goods at yummy prices! Come in soon as our items are quickly selling!
We had a wonderful Lane Morris chair recliner- sold in 3 hours; a fabulous pair of c. 1870s/80’s French ormolu, bronze and marble candelabra sold before it hit the floor, Lalique pieces and Baccarat pieces sold within one week, as are tables, chairs and pictures.
But even though all these items sold rapidly there are many more similar items for you to choose from! Wait until you see the fabulous Royal Crown Derby Imari bowl, or the Lalique doves, the Lenox Harvest china, the Greenbrier sterling service for 12 and more high quality items! Heres hoping you are a stalwart fan of The Corner Shoppe and come in often so you don’t miss these and other great items.

Hello Treasure Hunters! Wow have we been busy! We have some very nice mid-century modern and Danish modern furnishings currently in stock. A fresh estate is in and furniture and smalls are flying out the door! Check out the service for 12 of King Richard sterling flatware by Towle And two wonderful carving sets (one with steak knives) by Gerber! As usual we have a fabulous selection of jewelry-including a reissue of a classic Trifari frog brooch! There are also some lovely rugs…..

We have some great new items in The Corner Shoppe this week! Lots of items went out the door in our recent sale making room for lots of items to come in. And we have already had a lot of our new items sell, even before we could tell our fellow treasure hunters about them! So, if you are interested in quality items and a quality price You may want to stop by soon!
We have expanded our hours at the shop…open every day from Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am – 6 pm BUT we have ALSO EXTENDED our evening hours to 8 pm Thursday and Friday.
Some of the awesome new buys that you will find in The Corner Shoppe this week include oodles of jewelry just in time for the holidays, a buffet of man made stone and metal work. Just gorgeous, heavy in weight and style! A beautiful china cabinet with stained and leaded glass panels in the center, a sweet childs cupboard from the 1910s-1920s, a pair of bar stools crafted of metal with a ground finish that put forth a commanding artistic front and more! We took in a beautiful Drexel mahogany china cabinet and a nine drawer kneehole desk only to see them sell this week also! We are expecting a complete Duncan Phyfe dining room set on Monday…and have more furniture due to come in at any time.

Hello Fellow Treasure Hunters!
The big news around town is that we are hosting our First Time In History tag sale at The Corner Shoppe! The sale hours are: Thursday 10-8, Fri 10-8 and Saturday 10-6. There have at last been a few cooler days and there are a lot more treasure hunters out and about. We hope to see your smiling face in The Corner Shoppe one day soon!

While we are discussing fall, let’s talk about falling prices! Whatever you do, don’t miss our First In Remembered History Tag sale October 14, 15 and 16! Call for hours and directions. Although items consigned to us are not going to be on sale, there are lots and lots of items that have been donated and have become ours that will be clearance priced! The time for a deal is the 2nd week of October!

Hello Treasure Hunters! This week in the Corner Shoppe we have a wonderful Hurdy Gurdy for sale! This item is made in Spain by Faventia circa 1910-1930.

Hello Fellow Treasure Hunters!
Looked what walked in the door this Monday! A rare vintage Edison “Gem” Phonograph with 10 cylinders and believe us when we say it is a true Gem and we love the antique Oak case! This week we have some really unusual vintage desk items including the 2 brass inkwells pictured below. The 411 on the furniture is a small sofa table, a Thomasville Cherry Dining room table with 6 chairs and a large library table which would be a fabulous computer desk. And speaking of computer desk, in the shop for our “back to school” group is this Hooker computer desk with all the bells and whistles. And finally, if your name is MacDuff, Stewart or McGregor, the vintage prints with the tartan are to die for! We hope you will stop by for a visit!

School starts in 63 hours, but who is counting! The shop is filled to the brim with new deliveries. This week we received a lovely mahogany buffet, 3 great upholstered side chairs, oak mission style desk, vintage oak swivel office chair, several small vintage side tables along with a boatload of chotchkies! Hello Fellow Treasure Hunters!
Just in ………………..a nice collection of vintage willow ware. If you need to supplement your collection and were in need of the coffee cups and a few extra plates, we have them! One other item we forgot to mention this week was the lovely Henredon sideboard which can be used just about anywhere. We are currently using it as our sofa table in our “family room”.
It is more than hot, and we have the shades drawn at the shop to stay cool, so come on in!

Hello Fellow Treasure Hunters!
We’re baaaaack…………………and just finished a store make-over this weekend! It looks fabulous so you will have to stop out and take a look. Yesterday’s deliveries included the following: 2 vintage bedroom sets with full beds, Drexel Heritage sage green sofa, a striped loveseat, Henredon buffet, a wonderful small server and a lovely armoire.
Below are pictures of one of the two dining room sets on the floor. If you haven’t made a trip into the store lately, now is the time! You won’t be disappointed.

Good Morning Fellow Treasure Hunters!
